1. Website development
I develop websites, typically based around the WordPress Content Management Systems (CMS) but have also included customised HTML and PHP, Drupal, Moodle and more. Once set-up you are then empowered to be able to maintain the content and website yourself, if that is what you want.
2. Teaching, training and tutoring
I am an experienced lecturer/teacher (PGCE – FE & HE) having taught a range of topics such as standard office applications, introduction to network concepts, programming, website development (HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.), programming (C, C++, etc.), computer architecture, computer diagnostics and repair, and other computer related topics. Some of these topics have also been delivered via training to local companies and organisations.
I will also be offering tutoring on subjects including Maths, Electronics and Computing.
NOTE: I hold a clean and up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
3. Computer repair
Computers go wrong and I have been repairing and upgrading them for a long time. I can repair and/or diagnose most computer issues and in most cases happy to visit onsite.
